1. How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 7–14 working days after your order is processed. You’ll get a tracking number once your package is shipped.
2. Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes ✅ We deliver to all major cities and towns across South Africa.
3. What payment methods do you accept?

Online Orders (Default): Payment must be made online via EFT or card before we process your order.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Available only when we have stock on hand. Customers will be informed if COD is an option for their order.
4. Are your products original?
Yes. All our boots and gear are 100% authentic, sourced from trusted suppliers.
5. Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase. Exchanges are possible if the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong size/product was sent.
6. Who covers the shipping costs for returns?
Customers cover return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
7. What if I received the wrong size or damaged product?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with pictures, and we’ll assist with an exchange or replacement.
8. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only deliver within South Africa.
9. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS to follow your delivery.
